How do I determine the right helmet size for me?
To find your perfect fit, wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your head, about one inch above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to the size chart found on each product page.
Are Bern helmets certified for multiple sports?
Yes, many of our helmets feature All-Season certifications, meaning they meet safety standards for both bike and snow sports. Check the specific product specifications for CPSC, EN1078, and EN1077B ratings.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming trip or event.
What is your return policy for helmets?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused helmets in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that have been involved in a crash.
When should I replace my helmet?
We recommend replacing your helmet every 3 to 5 years depending on usage, or immediately following any significant impact. EPS foam can degrade over time and loses its protective qualities after a crash.
Do you offer a crash replacement program?
Yes, we care about your safety. If you damage your Bern helmet in a crash, you may be eligible for a discount on a replacement. Please contact our customer support team with photos of the damaged helmet.
